All sales final. 10 yrs old. I had the gift receipt but lost it. It was purchased at Holt Renfrew Edmonton. The bag is in good condition but the leather is a bit wrinkly on the back side and the front pocket zipper has some issue because the leather specialist I gave the bag to to reinforce the zipper, messed up the sewing line (it's too close to the zipper so the zipper might get stuck - see the last pic) You can easily get this fixed. See below for my comments

leighlee801 comes with authenticity card, leather care card, the sale associate's card (the lady that sold the bag) that have always been kept inside the front pocket of the bag. No bag strap, key ring. Those accessories were kept in the dust bag and got stolen from the summer house in Mexico.
