The workmanship was of very high quality. The original of this design was released in the color you see in the ad and also blue tones, and featured rhinestones. This pin is in the style of Pierre Bex, and you will often see them upside down and advertised as "Art Deco skyline," which is incorrect (Bex catalogues are freely available online).
