The dress will not slip or move around as there are rubber thin seams that hold it in place on your skin. It is very light weight and comfy though. Bat sleeve which has a slit Very flattering as its ruffled/rouched around tummy area when on. 38” long top shoulder seam to bottom. No tags, but this dress has a satin linens feel to it.
