SPODE | Vintage Blue Willow Small Bowl

This delicately fluted small bowl, (perhaps a sugar bowl or salt cellar) by Copeland is decorated with the Willow pattern and gilt edging. The bowl dates from the late 19th/early 20th Century and is stamped “Copelands China England” in blue to the base, together with the pattern number 1764 stamped in red. Spode is credited with perfecting, and possibly inventing, bone China which was white, translucent and stable when fired. •Good pre-owned condition. Gold trim is in great condition. No chips or cracks.
