@mariahmccoy718 sorry Maria. My shop has been closed for a while. The skirt could accommodate a 34” waist - the bow on the outside can be tied a little looser.

@aleetajane I don’t think you need a slip. Wear nude underwear and the pleats add volume and wont be very seethrough.
