STRAPS: Two with plastic hardware, adjustable, removable. Short length is 15 ½ inches. Long length is 27 inches. CLOSURE: Flap with Velcro. POCKETS: None. CONDITION: TAGS ON, Never Used, No Damage. Kept in a clean smoke free home. DETAILS: 7 ¼ in. L elastic inside on one side, 1 in. ribbon and velcro strap inside on other side.
