soft fabric with lovely drape, made in italy

@dmontpetit hi, the waist is 13.5 inches across, hips 16.5 (fabric is stretchy)

@celestemccabe yes definitely! it fits 30-31inch waist, the yarn is very soft and has a good amount of give :)
