sheilaabc @omas_closet it’s actually closer to 23”…. Here’s my issue. I can not buy anything that’s not minimum 24..better at 24.5. I’ve bought two jackets/coats that were supposed 24”, only to not be able to do up the cost. They were returned, and I got a refund. I don’t want that for me or for you. So, sadly, I can’t take a chance, unless I’m certain if the size.. hood u understand and thanks for trying.❤️
