Selling this stunning navy blue LOFT mini dress. Worn only once and in excellent condition. The dress hits above the knee. It is fitted with a beautiful fringe detail on the sleeve. Perfect dress to wear on date night, to a cocktail party, or as a wedding guest. Easy to dress up with accessories and shoes. The inside tag has been removed.
