STUNNING NWOT boutique brand Hailey & Co, pleated midi dress in size Medium. Button down front with ruffles, slightly puffed sleeves, keyhole opening at back, waist is elasticized at back and full accordion pleated skirt! Details! Did I mention polka dots? Heavier weight fabric is not see through and drapes beautifully, twirl away… Measurements: 46 inches from shoulder to hem and waist is 15 inches unstretched. Bust is TRICKY! Depending where yours sits, and how the armholes are sewn, pit to pit isn’t accurate. Where mine sits it only measures 16 across, which is too small & makes buttons pull. Pit to pit is 19, which sounded good for me on paper but not on my body. Last photo shows where it went wrong for me, but if you are small busted or a size small it will fit like a glove!
