Armpit to armpit measurement is 19 inches. There are a couple darts to give a little wiggle room there. Smallest part of the waist near the under bust is 19 inches. The arms measure 12 inches long. At the front V the hips it measures 19 1/2 inches and that continues all the way down the dress. The full measurement of the dress is taken from the tip of the shoulders and measures 51 inches long. The belt is4 inches wide at the buckle and the actual belt portion is 3 inches wide. The length from the first set of holes is 29 inches to 30 inches to 31 inches at its largest with a true length of the belt, being 36 1/2 inches long.
