I told her it was in excellent condition ( this item is not new- worn workout top) but with that being said, my clothing is in excellent condition. Not sure what she could be complaining about. Condition could be a bit subjective especially when we are rating our own items!😊 I think a quick suggestion overall is maybe be a little more descriptive in your listings. Especially when it comes to active wear...try describing many how many times you've worn it or mention you've never worn to gym (if that's true), etc.

social_closet @jillcaruso oh no! That’s terrible! I’ll tag poshmark again in the sale but I had approved a return shipping label at the time bc you had mentioned they did not look new. But again, I let you know that I had purchased these myself directly from Nordstrom Rack but I never wore them. They’ve been stored in my closet this entire time.
