This UNISEX TPU foam insole utilises a proprietary high rebound foam, which will can greatly improve the comfort of your running or walking shoes. It provides a proprietary foam which gives more energy back than most insoles put into shoes by the brands. It has an anti bacterial treatment on the fabric to help with smell reduction. It is 6mm thick so the fit can be snug but it will fit most athletic shoes made, the size is given in inches for each to allow you to measure against the existing insole. The pictures of sizes are mens sizes and the length of the insole in inches is shown- measure against your insole to get you female and male sizes I have tested this as well in Workboots by actual Handymen and it is a Unisex product that can be cut to fit the shape of your shoe as well.
