SUPER RARE! PLUS Size Vintage Cotton House Dress, Shirtdress 53" Bust, 46" Waist

If you're a larger woman who loves vintage, you know how incredibly rare a find like this is! This absolutely adorable royal blue popover shirtdress is sprinkled with white atomic pickup sticks. It is cotton! This is very much a 1950s style but it's possibly early 1960s, before all ages started switching to the mod styles and easy-care polyester fabric. The bodice unbuttons to the waist. It has horizontal and vertical darting to make your bosoms pop. There are no zipper and no pockets. There are belt loops but no belt. She is in amazing vintage condition save one issue. There is a bit of fading on the front centre skirt. See photos with paperback book for scale. Otherwise, there are no holes, picks, or seam strains. She currently smells like fabric softener. There are remnants of a tag so this was not handmade. There is no size tag but the measurements are similar to a modern-day Size 22 US.
