@aaquatif So from what you said in your comment above mine, you're saying you actually don't have this necklace? If you have to "put in a request to get photos of the item you're selling on here, whats gonna happen when someone wants to purchase it and presses "Buy Now"? Are you gonna "Put in a request" for them to send it? Seems kinda sketchy and sounds extremely inefficient.

@rymowes369 ๐ Hi there , let me correct your misunderstanding. We do not hold any items in our homes. We have an office & a warehouse where we operate both Canada and the USA. Just like myself here, along with the others, we are only customer service representatives for AAQuatif on all ecommerce platforms including social media. So whenever a customer asks for photos I'd have to send a request to the owner which then has to contact someone who has access.

We are paid to be here with you to provide a 24/7 customer service for AAQuatif. Sometimes requests for photos aren't granted because they are exactly the same as photos described or we may have a high volume of orders off Poshmark and the owner wants to spend more time in production rather than customers'requests for photos which sometimes turn out not to be a sale. The cost and time to photograph one item is sometimes costing us more than the actual item is.

@aaquatif see now that makes total sense, I didnโt mean any disrespect with my comment, and I thank you for explaining everything to me. Iโm skeptical about everything lately, Just 2 days ago I had my 3rd Poshmark disappointment where I ordered an item, only to have no response for weeks straight while posh held my payment (thank god for that) and then ending up having it returned back to me when they couldnโt produce the item I ordered.

I just havenโt been having the best of luck with my purchases and the comment I saw you wrote sounded eerily similar to one that was directed at me by one of my disappointment sellers ๐.
