This dress does everything. Tiered black and white print and a fabric of 50% viscose 50% rayon with a medium weight material feel. Dress is unlined and has a keyhole back. A jewel neckline and very short cap sleeve and an elegant yet stylish casual look. Elasticized in the back at only the first two tiers with the bottom frill and pleating flairing out. The print is white jagged (incomplete) squares on a black background. Looks amazing to add a belt to accentuate (see in stock photo). *Not sold with belt!
