This dress has many interesting features. Tiered black/white print and a fabric of 50% viscose 50% rayon with a medium weight material feel. Dress is unlined and has a small keyhole button back. A jewel neckline and very short cap sleeve with an elegant yet stylish casual look. Elasticized in the back at only the first two tiers with the bottom frill and pleating flairing out.
