SYROCO Mid Century Modern Vintage 1970s Wall Hanging Plaque

Genuine Syroco mid century modern vintage 1970s decor wall hanging plaque. This particular wall hanging is from 1974. Made in the U.S.A. The measurements are approximately 16.75" x 10.5" x 0.5". Excellent vintage condition. The wall hanging is lightweight, made of a plastic material which these products made in the 1970s were known for. Syracuse Ornamental Company (Syroco) American manufacturing company, founded in 1890 and based in Syracuse, New York, was best known for molded wood-pulp interior decorations and gift and novelty items that resembled hand-carving. In the 1960s, the company integrated polymers into their molding process, moving entirely into injection molded plastics production for more modern looking designs.
