Sabo Skirt Lotus Strapless Printed Flowy Mini Dress Off-Shoulder w/Flared Sleeves in size XS. It has a tie front closure. I have only worn this once for a few hours and it’s like new in perfect condition. I am including an additional part of the dress you can use to tie around your waist. I bought this from Sabo Skirt a few years ago. I’m 5’3 and it hits me just above the knee.
