Super cute and unique basic piece ! Will go with so many things in your closet! Goes great with tights so can be worn throughout the year. Worn once, so in excellent preloved condition. Measurements are in the photos. The waistband has no stretch at all, and the rest of the fabric has very minimal stretch. Included a photo of they way I styled the skirt the one time I wore it! It’s just a little too big for me or it would be a keeper!
