Sailor Girl Costume

This is a smaller size costume. Would fit an xs to small. Please note this is a costume so the finishings are not great. The lie flat pit to pit is 16.5" and the length is 29". Possibly good for a Sailor Moon Costume. I would describe this as being in reasonable used condition. Fine for a costume but not much else.
