Sailor Moon locket Musical light sound electronic Bandai Vintage 1995

Locket is in very good cosmetic condition and the light and sound work, although the sounds are very “crunchy”. I’m not sure if this is how it was built or if there is an issue with the sound, so I have priced it according to condition. Still displays great.
