Saint Geraldine Navy Floral Tie-Neck Blouse with Ruffled Collar

This beautiful Saint Geraldine blouse has languished in the back of my closet for far too long! It deserves to belong to someone who will actually wear it. This blouse is navy blue with a pattern of white flowers with red centres. There is also a faint pattern of darker navy branches if you look closely, and pale orange dots on the white flowers. There is a a circular ruffle around the collar, as well as ruffle details on the cuffs. Partial button-up with 4 round blue buttons. There is a neck-tie in the same pattern, which attaches through a loop at the back of the collar and is removable. Measurements: Ptp: 21 inches Hips: 22 inches Shoulder to hem: 26.5 inches Excellent used condition, no flaws, worn once. 100% polyester, machine wash and dry.
