Saint Laurent Hedi Slimane Creeper Derby Black Leather Suede Shoes

Beautiful designer derby shoes from Saint Laurent. Great condition with some creasing and minimal heel wear. Inside logo has mostly worn away but can still be made out. There’s no size notation but the interior measurement is 28.5 cm which works out to be a size 10.5 US. However with the point of the shoe in mind I’d wager the best fit would be for between a 9 1/2 or 10 US or 42 1/2 to 43 EU. Open to hearing reasonable offers.
