Purchased last year in Italy and worn only for about 30 min for an event there. Unfortunately they do run small on me. They are size 37.5 and they do fit true to size but I'm a size 38 or 7.5 so I would suggest to smo in US7 they will great or to smo US7.5 as well. They are like brand new with very very minor signs of wear. Pls see the video. Come "as is" no box or dust bag included. Heel is super comfortable in about 3".
