A symmetric ruffle skirt. Ruffle piece zips on and off and looks great both ways! Unfortunately the lining has a lot of damage, but could probably be removed and a new one added. Damage to lining does not affect the skirt at all and you cannot tell when it’s on.
Very cool piece. Best for a 26 waist
