The “oil core” construction evenly disperses heat throughout the pan so foods cook to perfection. Removable heat control makes unit completely immersible in water. Excellent working condition - a few marks inside pan and on underside. (have not tried to remove) shown in photos. Great for students in dorms or room rentals
