Sam women's vintage European black leather 3/4 length coat butter soft

Could not find any information on this brand, but a high-quality European leather coat. Butter soft leather. Looks somewhat 1960s, but I would say it's perhaps 1970s or 1980s. Label says Euro size 46 but that may be misleading. I would call this a large, whereas the size would indicate an XL. Here are the measurements: pit-to-pit 19 inches (it does measure closer to 20 across the back), sleeve 21 1/2 shoulder to cuff/ 30 1/2 from center of collar to cuff, length 32 inches collar to hem, waist 17 inches across. It does have some (gentle) wear but still has a lot of life left (see photos). Please note this is not made by the company known as Sam (or SAM).
