Knee length dress with waist and sleeve accent and pockets. Great velvet burnout velvet fabric in black, blue, orange and beige. Very comfortable CONDITION: Very good preowned condition. Light wear SIZE: Medium - tag indicates US 14 but I don't believe it is correct. Please see photos for measurements.
