Samuel Blue Polka Dot Vintage Dress

This striking vintage dress by Samuel Blue is black with white polka dots. With pleated (and padded) shoulders, wide armpits, and an elastic waist, this dress really creates an hourglass silhouette. This piece also has a deep V neckline thanks to the wrap-style front, as well as a matching polka dot belt with a snap closure. This dress does not appear to be marked with a size, but it measures like a medium. There is a lot of leeway between the wrap and the elastic waist, and it is photographed on both mannequin torso sizes I have.
