Like new condition! San Francisco striped knee length skirt, Fully lined. It has pleated details on each side. The fabric has no stretch. It has no pockets either and zipper is in the back. Size is 11 (I would think in today's sizing a 10, but check the measurements carefully) Color is black with fine lines of gray and navy 6 1/2" side zipper closure Waist: 16.5 inches Hips: 21" Length: 24 inches
