Sanctuary puff sleeve dress

a short dress by sanctuary called the tomorrow knit dress. has long (almost like 3/4 sleeve) puff sleeves and meant to look oversized like on the model (first 2 pics) size medium, black I just don't reach for it but it's nice to have a unique black dress smoke and pet free home
