Sandra Darren Size 12 royal blue floral dress with lined blouson top

Worn once for an event. Size 12 is accurate but the stretch fabric is very accommodating. Knee length, 46 inches from shoulder. The tie is a bonus and could be use front or back. The top blouses out over the pencil stole bottom. Just a sweet little dress. The top is lined and feels so well made. 💙💙💙
