Sandwich Scuba Skirt -M

Such an adorable shirt. You can wear this all year round. It’s a scuba style fabric with stretch. Fits a 38” hip nicely. 80% polyester/20% elastin. The underside of the fabric has a soft fleece like feel. Two from pockets and 2” elastic waistband. Length including waist band is 23”. Colour is indigo blue slight purpose to it. Never worn. Cold water wash hand dry. See photo for care tag.
