Sanrio Dress - JapanLA - Super Cute - Size Medium

Make an offer! All offers considered : ) -------------------------------------- This is an incredibly cute dress, made by JapanLA. Many of the Sanrio characters are on the dress. Never worn and colours are really vibrant! Please note, there are two small snags/imperfections (please see green circles on one of the photos). Might have been there when I bought it when I never noticed them until now. Dress fits more like a small (12" to 13" waist, when laying flat). Also, there isn't much give.
