love_of_flair @sm836 hi! It’s ~12.75 inches across the waist in it’s relaxed state and ~30 inches across the hips/middle of the skirt if I flatten out the pleats. The material is basically all elastic so it very flexible in fit. Hope that helps :)

sm836 hi, thanks for the measurements:) oh I have no doubt it will fit but was wondering if it's too big. I'm xxs, size 24/25 normally. I'll have to measure other items flatten out to get an idea to compare.
