Sapphire Promise Ring

My ex boyfriend got me this before he cheated on me. I don’t have the receipts or the box anymore because I was given the ring a few years ago. It is real sapphire and diamond, and the ring is made out of white and yellow gold. Ring was custom fit to a size 4.5
