Sarah Coventry Pin

Bird of Peace - vintage pin made in Canada by Sarah Coventry. Sarah Coventry jewelry was most popular during the 1950s and 1960s. The trademark is stamped on the back of the pin - see photo above. This pin is absolutely stunning on a black sweater or jacket.This beautiful Sarah Coventry bird in flight brooch could be identified by one of two names. The brooch named Swedish Modern was part of Sarah Coventry’s 1967 teen line. It was also presented and named Mr. Sea Gull in the 1974 line. The brooches are identical and can only be dated by the original packaging. The brooch measure approximately 2” x 2¼” and is marked ©SARAHCOV. It is in excellent condition.
