This is a Sarah Pacini semi sheer scoop neck long sleeve stretch mini dress. It’s got a lettuce hem and cuffs. It’s a maroon colour. It’s semi sheer so may need a slip or it can be worn as a long top. The size and fabric composition tag was removed. I think it’s a stretchy viscose blend. I’ve listed as a small based on the measurements.
