Brand new in original packaging saree comes with pre-stitched, blouse and sleeves that can be attached. Sleeve border has structure which maintains shape. 100% polyester. Blouse measurements (all measurements are approximations) Pit to pit 51.5 cm or 20 in Shoulder to bottom hem 38.5 cm or 15 in Bottom hem 44.5 cm or 17 in Left side has a little over an inch material and the right side has about an inch in material, for alterations.

jnaidu @susan6103 Hi, there is a little bit of room on each side but not a lot. About an inch on the right side and a little over an inch on the left side. Pictures added for reference.
