Sasson vintage 80s acid-wash denim mini skirt in size XS | Spring | Summer

This vintage Sasson acid wash skirt is like a trip back in time to the land of Bon Jovi; big hair; too much lipstick and a very special kind of denim ~ the acid wash. If I had to guess, I would say this skirt is likely from Late-1987 to Spring-1988, because that's when acid wash went from barely known to being everywhere all at once. It is tagged as a vintage 11/12 but as you can see from the measurement photo of the waist, it's actually a little less than 13" across, which would make this skirt an XS in modern times. Crazy. There is a small imperfection on the back, as there always seems to be in acid wash. It's almost like an Achilles heel - there's always some spot where trouble happened. It's not super large, but please take a look at the photo with my finger pointing towards it.
