Sassy black & white rose Forever 21 mini skirt 🐱

This kicky A-line mini skirt features lightly textured fabric with stylized roses in black and white.14" long, 29" waist. Bought new and worn once - I removed the pull off the zipper because it was making a weird bulge under my top - the zipper still easily goes up and down and there is also a hook & eye closure at the top.
