Satin-lined Blue Wool Dress

Elegant blue Elie Tahari lined wool dress with fattering dart design. Beautiful teal colour on the front, navy blue on the back. Asymmetric neckline. Love this, but it was a gift and has never fit me properly. Hoped that would change, but it's time to give this up. Like-new condition.
