Satorisan sneakers are by far the most comfortable and durable sneakers I've ever owned, and those bright green soles can take on the most rugged terrain (like rocky raw iron ore in West Africa, for example) without getting thoroughly chewed to pieces. They tend to fit slightly smaller at first, intentionally, because they're designed to gradually break in and stretch to your foot. They come with extra shoelaces and a spare set of insoles in case you need to adjust the sizing. This pair is size EU42, which will fit a men's 8.5 or possibly 9 with no socks, or a women's 10.5 or maybe 11. Never worn, brand new in box.
