These are SO CUTE but (you know what comes next) they don't fit me! One Size does not mean plus size - especially for someone with fat arms like me! These are made from a vinyl/PVC type material. It has some stretch but is very limited. I don't know what the average person's arm size is, but I assume it would fit an average sized arm. They are solid black with small rosettes on the loops that attach to your hands. Very cute. New in package.
