This is a gorgeous and very unique skirt by the Italian clothing line , Sacramento The Queen. this was purchased in Camnes, France. Skirt is so beautiful and hits the knee. it zippers up the front to allow for a varying opening. There is no stretch so this is a fitted skirt.
