Saw Neca 2007 Billy the Puppet 12" Action Figure Lions Gate Twisted Pictures Tested and in working condition. The doll speaks  when the button is pressed. Language is English. The bike is broken as shown and has some glue blobs in areas from previous repair attempts. It will require regluing as some parts are completely broken off, including all pieces shown. The broken pieces are both foot pedals and the handlebar. One of the doll's legs detaches easily. There is a small gap, and when slight force is applied, it tends to fall off. It is unclear whether the plastic peg is defective or if this is how it was designed. Please refer to the photos for details. Please see the attached photos for reference. Doll has some paint chips and scuffs on body. This is a rare and highly sought-after collectible doll. Approximately 12 inches in size.
