Schaffer Los Angeles royal blue leather clutch with ties and tassels

Brand new with tags. Beautiful soft Italian pebbled leather, true royal blue. Matching royal blue cotton lining. Fold-over style. Handmade in Los Angeles. Bought for an event but never worn - matches perfectly with the Eliza J dress I have listed. No dust bag. 8" x 3" x 1" when closed; 8" x 8" when open. Wrap ties are 19" long, plus 5" tassels. White spots are from the lighting, they are not scratches or other imperfections. Clean, pet free, smoke-free home. I live rurally and am usually in the city Monday and Thursday.
