What is the the pit to pit measurement taken with the jacket laying flat, the shoulder to shoulder measurement across the back where the top seam meets the sleeves, length of the sleeves from where is meets the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve, and the length of the jacket from back of the collar seam to bottom of jacket?
