swindermere The widest measurement for the hips is 46”. The elastic waist can stretch to 39”. The scrub pants can fit someone from a size 8 to 12 due to the elastic waist band and the looser cut of the pants. I also have 2 sets of blue scrubs for sale. I can send you measurements of those as well if you would like. They are the same brand and size, but are slightly different. The purple pants have a longer inseam, 34”, that can be hemmed if needed. The blue pants have a standard 32” inseam. Hope this helps
